One-Year Warranty
All parts come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement of the product with the same product or like product as determined by the customer and our RMA department when direct replacement is unavailable.
Manufacturer Warranty
Certain parts may come with extended Manufactuer's Warranty. The manufacturer honors this warranty, and Networkingoutlet.com assumes no responsibility in honoring this warranty. Networkingoutlet.com will attempt to return a product to the manufacturer in special cases when requested by the customer. Customer assumes all shipping & handling costs.
Warranty Forfeiture
Warranty is not granted if a product is received without original invoice. Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void if mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product that would normally void manufacturer's warranty has occured. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes are not granted warranty coverage.

On-Line Order by Credit Card
We accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing bank. We will ship to an alternate address only if the address is on file with your credit card issuing bank unless we do the verbal verification with card holder. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your credit card will be charged as each item is shipped. We do not accept international credit cards with billing address outside United Sates.
Pre Pay with Checks or Money Orders:
To Prepay with a check or money order: send payment along with your name, company name if applicable, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and a list of the items you are ordering to:

You can get the exact amount of your order (parts plus shipping) by placing a pretend order and print out the last page of the order form before the order is actually submitted. Listed on that page will be your items plus shipping.
Please do not send cash.
Please send the payment in a traceable method (e.g. USPS registered, UPS, etc..). We are not responsible for payments lost in the mail.

Return Policy

Networkingoutlet.com will gladly accept returns on any unsatisfied products within 30 days. Returned items will be accepted only in the original package, including all manuals, cables, software, drivers, parts, accessories, and original manufacture boxes. Custom-made and special orders are not refundable or returnable.
Customers are responsible for the costs of two-way shipping. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable for any returns of product to NetworkingOutlet. If a return is made after 30 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from credit. However, we reserve the right to reject a return after 30 days.

Fax us the filled on-line form to (714) 255-8899.
Please make sure that you have provided all RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) information to our RMA Department by fax it to (714) 255-8899. RMA information includes customer's name, email address, contact phone number, invoice number, product name, serial number, and the reason for returning.
RMA numbers will be issued and e-mailed or fax to the customer within 24 hours after NetworkingOutlet.com has received a complete RMA request form. The RMA number is valid for 15 days after issuance.
Please include in the returned package(s):
- Clearly printed RMA number on all mailing labels and shipping boxes.
- The complete original packaging of every returned product. Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer. If there is visible damage on any returned item(s), we cannot apply warranty.
- All documents and invoices associated with a previous RMA product must always be included. Only products with authorized RMA numbers will be accepted.
No return, under any circumstances, shell be accepted or expedited without authorized RMA numbers, and will be returned to cutomer via the designated carrier.
If Networkingoutlet.com does not have the product in stock for replacement at the time we receive the defective merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the merchandise for up to 60 days for repair or exchange.

UPS and Fedex shipping services are available. Post Office Priority Mail is also available upon request and shipping charge will confirm later by e-mail. All in stock products are shipped out the same day if order was placed bofore 2pm Pacific time, Monday to Friday. All products are shipped FOB Brea, California.
